Become a Region VI Executive Board Member!

 

It is that time of year again! Who will Run this HOUSE? It is time to pass the torch to the next aspiring leader. Do you have what it takes to be on the REB? Are you ready to challenge yourself?

NSBE is a student managed organization and The Region VI Executive Board (REB) shall serve as a liaison between the National Executive Board (NEB) and the local chapters, shall carry out the objectives of the National Society by acting as a governing body for regional networking, and shall strive to increase the participation and community awareness of Blacks in the fields of engineering and other technical fields. Your servitude to NSBE will develop your project management skills, hone your professionalism, perfect your time management abilities and ultimately transform you into the finely developed technical professional our community needs.  Further information can be found in the 2010 Region VI Executive Board Candidates Handbook.

Welcome to "The Six!" Region VI is the West Coast Regional Division of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE),

representing Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington,

and Wyoming. The purpose of this website is to provide information and support to the region and its chapters.

The Mission of NSBE is to increase the number of culturally responsible black engineers who excel academically, succeed

professionally and postively impact the community.
